OSG’s MRUs serve a number of functions. Primarily they act as the first point of contact for the monitoring guards in the control centre and will rapidly respond to any incidents reported by the control room staff.

Secondly they patrol each of the designated areas regardless of any incidents being reported ensuring that there is an obvious visual  and  physical presence at the premises while providing an opportunity to check any CCTV blind spots.
